Fitness With E was founded by Erika Araguz. Growing up as a competitive gymnast, health and wellness has always been a part of her life. After graduating with her bachelor’s in Exercise Science, Erika found her passion as a certified personal trainer. After training for a few years, she wanted to help her clients further, therefore she pursued her massage therapy license. Today, Erika focuses on the body as a whole, transforming the body from the inside out. 

Fitness with E offers mobile personal and group training. If you are looking to shed pounds, build muscle, increase endurance or strength, look no further! Fitness with E also offers mobile massage in the forms of Swedish, therapeutic, deep tissue, prenatal and sports massage.

Mobile massage:

Swedish: focuses on relaxing the body using long, broad, gliding strokes. It can help increase circulation and level of oxygen in the blood.

Therapeutic: relieving chronic patterns of tension and helping with muscle injuries

Deep tissue: addresses painful, stiff “trouble spots” by using slower, deliberate strokes that focus pressure on layers of muscles

Prenatal: performed after the first trimester, prenatal massage addresses different needs through a variety of techniques; helps reduce anxiety, muscle aches and joint pain associated with pregnancy

Sports Massage: uses a variety of approaches to help athletes in training -- before, during, or after sports events. You might use it to promote flexibility and help prevent injuries. A blend of therapy, relaxation and stretching tailored to your needs
